Unite to Light: Volunteer Application

This is a volunteer application for the "Unite to Light" community service event on December 6, 2024. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to assist the Youth Advisory Commission in installing exterior holiday lights and/or outdoor decorations for community members who are in need of assistance decorating for the holidays. Volunteers will meet at the Page City Hall (697 Vista Avenue) at 11am on December 6 for instructions and supplies.

Tasks may include:

Transporting lights/decorations.
Installing lights on the trim of a roof.
Installing outdoor decorations.
Connecting electrical equipment.
Using a ladder.
Lifting heavy items.
