Registration:

  • Cost of Food Vendor Booth is $70.
    (Non-Profit Entities must show 501(c)3 paperwork to qualify for the $40 reduced fee)
    (Registered Food Trucks or Restaurants in Page, please contact Sheri Ptacek; contact info listed above)
  • Cancelation: We require a minimum of 10 days prior to the event for cancellation. A refund will
    be issued within this window, apart from a processing fee of $10. If you do not cancel within the
    10 days, vendor fees will be forfeited. 
  • All food vendors are required to have a Food Handler’s Card from the Coconino Health
    Department, along with a Temporary Food Service License.

  • Insurance is required, naming the City of Page as an additional insured in the amount of
    $1,000,000. The Certificate Holder: City of Page, PO Box 1180, Page, AZ 86040. 

Vendor Agreement:

  • This event will be held at John C. Page Memorial Park, Page AZ.
  • This is an outdoor event and will not be cancelled due inclement weather.
  • Booth space is 10’x10’ area for those food vendors not in vehicles.
  • Vendors must provide all required equipment, including extension cords, lighting, etc. 
  • All prepared food sales within the City of Page are taxed at a 10.9% rate; breakdown of taxes and
    payments to the State, County and City can be found through the Arizona Transaction Privilege

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their vehicle/booth area and removal of all trash.
  • Only one vendor or business per booth space. All vendors must conduct business within their
    designated booth/vending space.
  • Vendors will receive a vendor map location via email the day prior to the event. For assistance
    on the event day(s), please contact the individuals at the City of Page Information Tent. 
  • The City of Page will not be responsible for lost/stolen items, accidents, or personal injuries.
